All Track n Trace information is captured electronically and available to both you and your receiver. The information includes the receivers contact details, consignment number, any special instructions, your reference number if applicable, date and time of pickup scan, depot scans, date and time of delivery, and receivers signature.
WizMe Flat Rate Shipping labels contain a unique barcode. When WizMe’s network courier attends to pickup the item you have lodged for dispatch, the courier will scan that barcode and the system immediately creates a Consignment Number and uploads all information you entered to create the label.
Immediately the courier has scanned the item for dispatch, your receiver is emailed an automated communication advising their item has been despatched, your reference number (Invoice number), delivery address, consignment number, the courier company and their contact details, and your business contact details.
