Order & Payment of WizMe Flat Rate Boxes
Please place your order for WizMe Flat Rate Boxes in this online store. WizMe have a wide selection of Boxes in the 500g, 1kg, 2kg, 3kg, 5kg and 25kg weight categories.
You must Register BEFORE you can order any Flat Rate Boxes.
Unlike WizMe who courier nationwide, all flat rate postage with Australia Post is restricted to Parcel Post.
If you want a bespoke one-piece box (a fold up box) you may face once-only costs for a ‘die tool’, to cut the shape, and a ‘print tool’, to lay down various colours for a logo. These costs run around $2,500 and $300 respectively for the ‘die’ and ‘print’ tools, and if you amortise costs over 10,000 pieces that’s almost 30 cents per box just to cover up-front costs.
Tooling costs for an ‘RSC Style’ box with fold-in top and bottom flaps is significantly cheaper at around $250 for a one-colour ‘print tool’.
Minimum order quantities (MOQ) vary with box size but for a one-piece box around 8 litres, MOQ is likely 5,000 pieces and an economical run over 10,000 pieces.
With an ‘RSC Style’, the MOQ for a similar sized box is about 2,000 pieces.
Then there are inventory holding, handling and storage costs to consider.
If you are a Business Club Member included in your status benefits is the opportunity to enter a Licence Agreement with WizMe and have your customised boxes printed with WizMe’s “Certified Nationwide Flat Rate Shipping” Trade Mark. Customised boxes under a Licence Agreement can be shipped through the WizMe system.

Order Cancellation & Returns WizMe Packaging
From time-to-time we are asked our Terms regarding cancellation and return of orders. Please bear in mind we incur multiple costs when cancelling orders (restocking, inventory adjustment, refund processing etc) and there is a stage in the order process where it is simply uneconomic to proceed with the request. Of course we stand behind the quality of our packaging and will replace or refund any faulty item. Here are a few points to consider.
For the sake of clarity we do not accept Order cancellation:
- If your Order has advanced to ‘Completed Order’ … Order filled / dispatched.
- In the event of delayed delivery.
- If you change your mind.
